Roti Sobek Garlic Cream Cheese Ala Korean Bread
Bahan cream cheese:
250g cream cheese (suhu ruang)
1sdm gula pasir
50ml susu cair
Bahan garlic butter sauce:
150g butter
50g bawang putih parut
1 telur
1sdm madu
1 sdt parsley

Cara buat garlic butter sauce
Butter dicairkan dengan api kecil, diangkat dan biarkan hangat.
Masukan telur, bawang putih parut, parsley dan madu
Aduk rata
Cara buat cream cheese
Campur cream cheese, gula pasir dan susu cair
Aduk hingga merata tercampur
Pindahkan ke kantung segitiga
Masukan garlic butter sauce dan cream cheese ke sela-sela irisan roti.
Tuangkan sisa garlic butter sauce ke seluruh bagian luar roti sobek.
Panggang selama 10-15 menit dengan suhu 170C di oven yang sudah dipanaskan terlebih dahulu.

Garlic Cream Cheese Korean Bread
Cream cheese ingredients:
250g cream cheese (room temperature)
1tbs sugar
50ml milk
garlic butter sauce ingredients:
150g butter
50g grated garlic
1 egg
1tbs honey
1tsp parsley
How to make pull bread /watch/scweKvrxgbtxe
garlic butter sauce direction:
melt 150g butter over low heat
Add in egg, grated garlic, parsley and honey
Mix well
cream cheese direction
just mix well cream cheese, sugar and milk
remove to piping bag
Fill in bread with garlic butter sauce and cream cheese
Pour in rest of garlic butter sauce onto bread
bake in preheated oven at 170C for 10-15 minutes
