How to prepare Oatmeal in my Style. In this video I have share my style of preparing Oatmeal for breakfast. There are many benefits of eating Oats and Oatmeal. They're a gluten-free whole grain and a great source of important vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants. Oats are commonly eaten for breakfast as oatmeal, which is made by boiling oats in water or milk. They are a good source of carbs and fiber. Oats can Improve Blood Sugar Control.
Below are the Ingredients I have used:
- 1 and 1/2 cup Milk or Water.
- 3/4 cup of Oats
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds / Sabja seeds
- 2-3 tsp Honey
- 2 small size Banana
- 1 Kiwi
- 1/4 Pomegranate (anaar)
- 1 Apricot
- 7-8 black and orange Kismis
- 1 Date (Khajur)
- 2-3 Walnuts (Akhrot)
