//In this video I’m sharing what I eat in a day HEALTHY and REALISTIC. All that are cheap lazy vegan recipes that are suitable for everyone on a plant based diet. Besides, all meals are gluten free, which is even better :)) Normally I have three meals per day: vegan breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sometimes I eat twice, other days I can have an additional snack - nothing is perfect and it shouldn’t be, right?! Hope, you found some inspiration for your meals and got another proof that eating healthy doesn’t have to be time-consuming or expensive!
