Ingredients:
(Makes: 10-12 dosas)
Ragi Flour /Finger millet flour - 1 cup
Green gram/moong - 1 cup
Ginger - 1 inch
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Jeera/cumin seeds - 1/2tsp
Green chilli - 1
Pinch of Hing
Salt to taste
Water - 2 + 1/4 cup or as needed
Ghee or oil for roasting
Toppings:(Choose your choice of vegetables)
