Ingredient:
Semolina 2 cups
Milk 2 cup
Water 1 cup
Butter 150 g
Sugar 1.1/4 cup
Cinnamon powder

Cooking instruction:
In a pot ,add the sugar, milk and water, stir them until it boils and dissolves the sugar
In a pan, add the butter wait until it'milt then add the semolina in, Keep stirring on medium heat until it's turns brown
(about 10 minutes), the color will lighten slightly after adding milk
Add the roasted semolina to the milk mixture, stir them on a low heat until they are completely mixed, then turn off the fire and cover them and leave them
for 12 minutes .
prepare a bowl and wrap it with Cling film so that we can flip it over easily.
Put Semolina in the bowl as shown in the video, add ice cream, then put another layer of Semolina, flip it over and garnish it with cinnamon and pine nuts
Must be served immediately before the ice cream melts in the hot semolina.
