Raw mango chunda or aam ka chunda is a spicy, sour and sweet mango preserve made with raw unripe mangoes and spices.
Serve aam ka chunda as a side condiment with a North Indian or Gujarati meal or you can also have it with chapatis, thepla, pooris, dhebra or rotis.
Ingredients :-
Raw Mango (कच्चे आम) - 2
Sugar - 2 Cup
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon
Kesar food colour - 1 pinch
Some chopped Almonds and Cashews
Some Raisins and Muskmelon seeds
