INGREDIENTS:
Keri (Raw mango) 3 kg
Cooking Oil 4 tblsp
Zeera (cumin seeds) 1 tblsp
Saunf (fennel seeds) 1 TSP
Kalonji (nigella Seeds) 1/2 tsp
Rai Dana (mustard seeds) 1tsp
Namak (salt) 1 TSP
Pisi surkh mirch ( red chilli powder) 1 TSP
Kuti hoe surkh mirch (red chilli flakes) 1 TSP
Pani (water) 1 cup
Shakker ya Gur (jaggery) 1 kg
Pani (water) 2 cups
Sirka ( vinegar) 1/2 cup
DIRECTIONS:
-Put cooking oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, fennel seeds and nigella Seeds to it , fry it for 2 minutes and then add raw mangoes to it and give it a good mix.
-After 5 minutes add mustard seeds, salt, red chilli powder and red chilli flakes to it add water and let it cook for 10 minutes.
-Add jaggery and water and let it cook till the jaggery sauce come to one single sting.
- Let it cool and store it into the refrigerator for up to 6 months
You can enjoy the recipe with roti, paratha and also with a spoon.
