• Whole Black Gram (Sabut Urad),Soaked 3 to 4 hrs -250gm
• Ginger garlic paste 6 tbsp
• Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tablespoon
• Tomato Puree 6 tomatoes
• Garam Masala Powder - 1 Teaspoon
• Fresh Cream 1 Cup
• Salt - Acc to Taste
Coriander powder-2 tbsp
For the Granish
Fresh Cream - 1 Table Spoon
Fresh Coriander Leaves - A Few

1 MAIDA 250 GM
2 BAKING SODA (half tbsp)
3 BAKING POWDER(1 tbsp)
4 CHOPPED GARLIC
5 CHOPPED CORIANDER
