Please have a soft and hard reflex ball handy for this routine, and a foam roller. We will be opening up and releasing the front line of the body and getting more movement into the spine. Taking our bodies out of that chair pose. What with all the driving and working behind a desk does to our posture, we need to bring about balance in the front and back lines of the body.
