Hello my lovely friends out there! Today I wanna share some tips and reminders with you to improve your mental health during this crazy pandemic time. Stay safe and take care of yourself! xoxo Maja Instagram: Majalk Here are the tips/reminders: - Do not feel pressured to self-improve - It is ok, not to be ok - Do some self care - Write your (negative) thoughts down to get them out of your head - Get moving (dancing, walking, fitness etc) - Get some fresh air - Give yourself permission for things you normally don't allow yourself, in order to reduce guilt - Don't be so hard on yourself - Talk about your feelings - Schedule your day - Only watch news twice a day and from high quality sources - Write down all mandatory tasks you have to do and accomplish one or two each day in order to not feel overwhelmed - To everyone suffering from an eating disorder or disordered eating habits: this is your reminder that you deserve to eat, nonetheless of what you do or don't do
