INGREDIENTS:
Rice – 3 cups
Soya chunks – 1 cup
Paneer – 1 cup
Green peas – 1 cup
Cauliflower – 1 cup
Potato – 1 medium sized
Carrots – 2
Coriander and mint leaves – 2 cup
Onion – 2 to 3
Green chillies – 3 to 4
Oil – 1/4 cup
Ghee – 5 to 6 tbsp
Lemon – 1
Salt as per taste
Saffron milk – 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
For Marination:
Curd – 1 cup
Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Dhaniya (Coriander) powder – 2 tsp
Jeera powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala powder – 1 tsp
Biriyani masala – 1 and 1/2 tbsp
Haldi – 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Whole garam masala:
Pepper – 10 to 12
Bay leaves – 4 to 5
Cloves – 4 to 5
Dalchini – 2 inch
Black Cardamom (Badi Elaichi) – 3
Green Cardamom (choti elaichi) – 4 to 5
Shahi jeera – 1 tbsp
