Here is the Mawa/Khoya or Sweetless Palkova used for making sweets.. it will give rich taste to the sweet.. you can make double ka meetha, sheer kurma, carrot halwa and many more sweets with this.. I will upload the sweet recipes using this mawa soon.. How to make Mawa/Khoya or Sweetless Palkova ? INGREDIENTS: •Ghee - 1 tblspn •Milk - 1 cup ( about 200 ml) •Milk Powder - 1 cup ( about 200 grams) Procedure for making Mawa: 1. Heat a pan and add 1 tblspn ghee. 2. Add 1 cup milk. 3. Allow this to boil once. 4. Add the milk powder. 5. Mix it and make sure it has no lumps. 6. Mix for 5 minutes. You will get the Palkova consistency. And it’s done ✅ YOU MAY ADD 1/2 - 1 cup Sugar for Sweeten the Mawa.
