☣️Outdoor routines are based on overcoming obstacles and is Not a workout. Workouts, in my humble opinion, can be boring and repetitive, in many cases work. If you give purpose to action, it alters the perceived value of that action. 🐅 If you are training to evade a tiger or a bear, for example, it is not really a workout any longer is it? 🤪
