Ingredients
Porotta - 3-4 nos
Onion - 1 cup
Tomato - 1 cup
Capsicum - 1 cup
Cabbage - 1 cup
Ginger - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 1 tbsp
Green chillies - 2- 3 nos
Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tbsp
Oi - 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Method:-
1. Chop porotta into thin pieces and keep aside.
2. Heat a pan and add 3 tbsp of oil. followed by add 1 tbsp of ginger, garlic, green chilies and curry leaves.
3.Saute them on medium flame for 30 seconds.
4. Add 1 cup of chopped onion and saute for 1 minute.
5. Then add 1 cup of cabbage, tomato and sprinkle salt to taste.
6. Now add 1/2 tbsp of pepper powder and 2 tbsp of soy sauce and saute well.
7. Add chopped porotta and fry for few minutes on medium flame.
8. Once porotta turns to dark colour spread coriander leaves and mix well.
9. serve hot with onion salad.
