Tastiest Wai Noodle Ever | Hot & Spicy वाइ-वाइ फ्राई Wai Noodles Fry Recipe Nepali Style

Wai Wai noodle is wildly popular among Nepalese. Everyone remembers eating it dry as a snack or lunch. It is also as good when you simply boil in water. This recipe is good for any dry or pre-cooked noodles like American Ramen noodle or other oriental noodles from Korea, Vietnam or Thailand. Today I am going to show you how to spice-up and make a healthy dish out of Wai Wai. I will be using less to none seasoning that comes with the noodle. It generally includes sodium and MSG aka Ajinomoto. Here are the ingredients: 1. WaiWai Noodle (वाइ वाइ चाउचाउ): 1 packet 2. Cabbage (बन्दाकोपी): 1/2 cup 3. Green Beans (सिमी): 3 pcs 4. Cilantro (धनिया): 1/4 cup 5. Olive Oil (जैतूनको तेल) or vegetable Oil: 1 tablespoon 6. Carrot (गाजर): 1/4 cup 7. Green Onion aka Scallions (हरियो प्याज): 1 pc 8. Onion (प्याज): 2 tablespoons or half of a small onion 9. Garlic (लसुन): 3 cloves or 1 tablespoon 10. Chili Oil (खोर्सानीको पिरो तेल): 1 tablespoon 11. Kashmiri Red Chili Powder: 1 fourth teaspoon 12. Green Chilies (हरियो खुर्सानी): 2 pcs 13. Tomato (गोलभेडा): 1 small sized 14. Salt (नून): Per your taste 14. Turmeric Powder :2 pinch 16.
