Cinnamon / Pattai – 2 cm piece
Cardamom / Yelakai – 2
Cloves / Krambu – 2
Onion - 2
Tomato - 3
Green chilli - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Brinjal - 8 nos (cut lengthwise)
Tamarind water - 1/2 cup
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Hand full of coriander and mint leaves
Garam Masala Powder –1/2 tsp
Gingelly Oil - 1/4 cup
Salt - To taste
To make powder
Cumin seeds - 2 tsp
Peanuts - 2 tbsp
Sesame seeds - 2tbsp
