Yes, you heard it right. Be it an Odia or a Be it a Bengali, they use it very much while making any recipe mentioned above here. The roasted and then crushed taste of the all the whole spices enhances the taste of the recipe and takes It to another level. Amalgamation of fennel seeds, coriander, cumin and cardamom change the core taste of the vegetables while added just during the marination or after that. Believe me just prepare it and use it once and you will thank me, every time you use and taste the recipe. You can prepare the same and keep it for months in an air tight container.
